Return and/or exchange is possible within 14 days from the moment of delivery of the order to the branch/address. 

The return of the goods can be made within 14 calendar days in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, provided that the goods have retained their original appearance, there are no traces of use, and the dimensions and labels are not damaged. The item must be returned with all original packaging. If the product was purchased in a set, it must be returned in its entirety.

All costs associated with the return/exchange of goods of appropriate quality are borne by the buyer (return shipping).

After checking the product for compliance with the return conditions, its full cost will be refunded within 3 working days.

 ⁃ The term of crediting funds to the recipient's current account depends on the internal regulations of the recipient bank.
 ⁃ Goods for exchange are sent only after receiving the return.

Before sending, please fill out the return form at the link and put it in the parcel. 
 ⁃ In the case of returning goods from abroad, return international shipping and customs fees are paid by the buyer. In this case, the return application is accepted within 14 days from the moment the buyer receives the package in the country of destination. The average duration of return delivery is from 1 to 3 weeks. After sending, be sure to inform the manager of the track number for tracking the parcel.
 ⁃ In the case of a client's request for additional completion of the order or its cancellation after the order has already been sent, the cost of return and re-delivery (if necessary) will be compensated by the client.
