Returns and Exchanges of Goods

1. General Conditions

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” you may return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase (excluding the day of purchase).

To process a return or exchange, it is mandatory to:

• Keep the payment document (receipt) confirming the purchase from our store.
• Ensure that no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.

The last day on which you may request a refund or an exchange is the 14th day, counted from the day following the purchase date.

2. Goods Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.1994 No. 172, goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return) include:

• Underwear: bras, panties, bodysuits, tank tops, pajamas, nightgowns, bathrobes, thermal underwear.
• Corsetry products: bras, corsets, bodysuits.
• Swimwear: swimsuits.
• Hosiery products: socks, tights, stockings.

3. Exceptions

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a replacement with a similar product or a refund. This right is guaranteed by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.”

4. How to Request a Return

• Specify the reason for the return, the purchase date, and provide a copy of the payment document.
